Shipping Locations

Gardivo currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

We deliver to:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders within the United Kingdom.

There are no hidden shipping charges or additional delivery fees applied during checkout unless otherwise stated.


Order Processing

All products are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Processing Time:

1–2 Business Days

Orders are processed during our normal business hours:

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)

Orders are not processed on:

  • Saturdays
  • Sundays
  • UK Public Holidays

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK Time) on a business day will normally begin processing the same day.

Orders received after the daily cut-off time, during weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Partners

To provide reliable delivery throughout the United Kingdom, Gardivo may use trusted courier services, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • DHL
  • UPS

The courier selected may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, your email will include a tracking number and instructions for monitoring your delivery.

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within the expected processing time, please contact us.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Gardivo cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • Failure to collect a parcel
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service disruptions

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and product (where applicable)

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer laws.


Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be dispatched separately to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

You will be notified if your order is shipped in more than one parcel.
